Primary Care (CPR)

What is it?

Primary Care (CPR) is the foundation for the EFR based system of first aid training, teaching participants the core skills needed to support basic life systems, extending the window of opportunity for a casualties for survival.

What do you do?

As already mentioned the EFR Primary Care(CPR) course teaches participants the core skills needed to support basic life systems. This includes the ability to assess the scene for danger, monitor the casualties’ life line or ABCD’s and administer Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

How long does it last?

Typically the course can last 4 – 6 hours, based on a mixture of participant self study and instructor lead role playing scenarios.

How much does it cost?

EFR Primary Care cost £40 per participant.

What other requirements are there?

EFR Primary Care (CPR) is open to people of all ages and all abilities.

What do I need to bring?

All course materials and training aids are provided as part of the course, however a note book and relaxed clothing are advisable.
