EFR-Solutions are a provider of first aid education, with the aim to make first aid training fun and relaxing, allowing participants’ greater retention of information and skills, with courses being tailored to fit the individual needs of participants and groups.

All first aid courses provided by EFR-Solutions are a mixed media format incorporating new self learning techniques, with a more traditional instructor lead approach. However the main stay of every course is participant practice and roll play, allowing skills and information to be retained.

EFR-Solutions courses and instructors use the Emergency First Response ltd system of education, which follows current emergency patient care standards as published by the Basic Life Support (BLS) group of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).

Instructional Team

Angie Davies has been and Emergency First response instructor for three years, believing that first aid has a serious side to it but this should be kept light and the students will realise the gravity of the situations for themselves. Specialising in emergency care for children and utilising her knowledge as a qualified Nursery Nurse, making Angie a perfect choice for those wishing paediatric first aid training.

Ian Davies specialises in adult first aid training, brining aspects such as Automated External Defibrillator or AED use and Oxygen use to make a fully rounded training course.
